We stayed in a studio suite and it was stylish.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally kind and the place was fairly clean. I appreciated the breakfast with lots of delicious food. The location was central, stunning so close to everything you need. What's more, it was near to the Water Park and all the restaurants and the malls.

The staff here is friendly and always willing to help, the location is great as it is near the Discovery Mall and only 3 km from Clarehall Shopping Centre.

Our room was spacious and had a separate bedroom, and the location was very central, making it convenient to reach everything easily.

The food is TASTY. Everything was fabulous at the hotel, we will come back.

It was in the central location right next to the centre of the market yet so peaceful. Besides, it was short walk to all the restaurants and the malls in Kuta as well as the Kuta beach.

i had a great time at this hotel and would happily return. it was a beautiful venue in a central area, just next door to shops, restaurants, beach and ect, and the water park. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, rooms well-designed and brand-new. the breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was easy. lucky me, got ironing free of charge too.

The staff here were super helpful and really nice, making us feel right at home. the place was kept pretty clean, which was great! 🌟

This place is conveniently situated close to Waterbom Park, shopping areas, the beach, the airport, shops.

The staff are very attentive, there's an excellent pool and on-site parking, plus free Wi-Fi available.

I stayed here for 2 days and enjoyed the hotel. It was clean with a great location, super close to everything. My room included climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen television. All the staff was outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly, they settled my issues. The property was close to the center of the market, all the restaurants and the malls in Kuta and Waterbom Park, shopping, beach, airport. The Kartika Plaza district was worth staying in.
